Pet Care /Hospitalization
Hospitalization
At some point in your pet's life, he/she may require Hospitalization and treatment for an injury or medical condition.
For this reason, it is important to keep your pet's vaccination status up-to-date, even if your pet never goes outside. When the day comes that your pet requires Hospitalization, there will not be time to immunize your pet in advance. Accordingly, at a time when your pet's system is compromised by an illness or injury and most susceptible to contagious disease, he/she will not enjoy the protection vaccinations afford.
While hospitalized, your pet may be administered intravenous fluids as part of his/her treatment.
