Who We Are

We are a group whose members are compassionate about pets and endorse the position of importance they occupy in people’s lives. Just as our clients love their pets, we love ours.

We have chosen to provide exceptional quality. This extends to our medicine, surgery, technology, premises, doctors & staff, client experiences, and patient care.

What We Believe

We believe that people and pets deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. This includes the pets we serve, our clients, and our employees. Because the quality we provide depends on the combined efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together.

How We Behave

• Pets: Each patient entrusted to us shall receive compassionate, considerate care, and be treated with the same dignity afforded our own pets. Patient safety and comfort shall remain paramount.
• Clients: Each client who entrusts us with the care of their pet shall be communicated in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner. This communication shall always be ethical and truthful.
• Client feedback: positive or otherwise, is always welcome. Should we fail to meet expectations, we want to know.
• Employees: Our Doctors & Support Staff shall communicate with each other in a respectful, supportive manner, recognizing that we are on the same team, working together to provide exceptional client service and patient care.

How We Succeed

We succeed when we make a difference in the lives of our clients, their pets, & our staff. We exist to save lives, extend life expectancy, manage & cure disease, provide comfort, and ease suffering.

We succeed when, year after year, our clients entrust us with the care of their pets. We succeed when our clients are sufficiently impressed that they refer their friends and neighbours to our hospital.
